Introducing: Club Culture!

A beginner-friendly series exploring the foundations, musicality, history, and social practices of club dance styles including House, Waacking, Voguing, and more!

Students will explore grooves, footwork, freestyle, body awareness, musicality, and social dance practices while learning how to connect, exchange energy, and communicate through movement.

Weekly Focus:

Week 1: Finding Your Groove: Foundations, Rhythm & Body Awareness

Week 2: Movement Vocabulary: House, Waacking & Vogue

Week 3: The Art of Exchange: Social Dance, Connection & Movement Conversations

Week 4: The Club Experience: Freestyle & Putting It All Together

“All levels welcome! No previous dance experience required. Each week builds on the last, but individual classes are welcome!

My goal is to help students understand that club dance is about more than steps. It’s about culture, community, connection, and freedom of expression.”
