El Quinteto de Bronces Guarzófono, fue creado en el año 2010 con el fin primordial de rescatar el folclor colombiano, haciendo un recorrido musical por los diferentes aires y ritmos tradicionales de nuestro país “a través del viento”, representado con los instrumentos de viento o de bronces que hacen parte del formato instrumental de la agrupación.seleccionados por el Instituto de Cultura de Antioquia entre los grupos más representativos del Departamento para participar en la grabación del Himno Antioqueño con motivo de la celebración del Bicentenario.
