r. You will not be disappointed. Dalida's classes are a fun way to get in shape while learning beautiful dance moves. Her skills are very advanced but she patiently breaks down the moves individually for each student so that even those without dance experience can learn them. I recommend the classes for experienced dancers who wish to build more skills and confidence, as well as those without experience who just want a fun way to exercise.
