Join us for a hands-on afternoon making delicious Portuguese Egg Tarts!

Learn the techniques behind flaky puff pastry, prepare our signature low-sugar custard, and bake beautifully golden Pastéis de Nata.

Today was the final day of our Junior Pastry Chef Summer Baking Camp.

Thank you to all of our wonderful families for the thoughtful gifts. More than the gifts themselves, I’m truly grateful for the trust you placed in me. It was a joy and an honor to spend this special week with your children.

Our program is more than a baking class. Many parts of our curriculum are even more challenging than those found in many adult baking classes, and I couldn’t be more proud of how courageously every child embraced each challenge.

Keep baking, keep creating, and please share your desserts with me. I can’t wait to see what you make next!
