These are my treasures, I am saving forever. My grandma's wedding photo 1937.
Here original hand sewn initials E.P. Elvira Paksman, keys from her dresser. In next photo her in about year 2000. She passed in 2003 at the age of 87
She was the one who installed the love of vintage linens, she tought me cross-stitch, sewing, knitting, crochet, basically everything. I will love her forever.

This Summer I took break of dyeing linens, except for my monthly subscriptions. Our granddaughter was visiting us for month and we "worked" together. Our truly favorite is shopping at thrift stores. We have 2 local ones called "Listen", they are for our community, so people feel very good bringing stuff there to donate and also shopping. It is hobby for so many.
Now I am back with linen dyeing. I looked around for colors I was missing, sold out. And they are TAN and CAMEL. These will be first ones back in my color collection. Hopefully next week. Now TAN is drying outside

I can't believe how quickly Summer is going. For the most part I have been in "Grandma's mood", but I have squized in some creative time as well. Gardens are blooming, morning walks at 6am have been full of freshness and I always meet a deer or wild turkey. How is your Summer going?
