Last week, for three days, in partnership with the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office, we closed our grounds so that our first responders could complete critical training for Mass Casualty Incidents.

The following agencies participated in this important training: El Dorado County Sheriff's Office, El Dorado County Probation Department, California Highway Patrol, Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians Tribal Police Department, Amador County Sheriff's Office, CAL FIRE Amador-El Dorado Unit, Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians Tribal Fire Department, Cameron Park Fire, and El Dorado Hills Fire Department

The El Dorado County Fair Association is a non-profit organization, and our Vision is 'Bringing Community Together'. This is a huge part of that, providing our first responders a real-life stage to complete critical training for our community.

Want to support the Jr. Livestock Auction and local kids, but not sure how? Here are a few easy ways to show your support! 🍀🐖🐂🐐

⭐ Buy an Animal
Purchase individually or split the purchase with friends, family, or a business.

⭐ Resell Option
Choose “RESALE” on your invoice and the processor will purchase the animal at market price. The Auction Committee handles the paperwork for you.

⭐ Donate the Meat
Donate your purchase to a local non-profit organization within El Dorado County.

⭐ Join “The Group”:
Donate $200+ to help boost sale prices for all exhibitors. Visit The Group table during registration for additional details.

⭐ Add-Ons:
Contribute a lump sum or $ per lb to an exhibitor after their animal sells to help increase their final price.

⭐ Proxy Letter - COMING SOON
Can’t attend? Submit a Proxy Buyer Letter and one of our buyers will bid on those specified animals or exhibitors you would like to buy.

If you can’t make it to auction the Add On, Group Forms and Proxy Letters need to be submitted by June 15th:
