Our daughter, Gabrielle, was going on a mission trip. A mission trip to 11 countries over 11 months! And she had to raise a bucket load of money! That's how Accidental Artist started - as a way to fund raise for Gabrielle. Soon, though, it became much more. It was lots of fun, people seemed to really enjoy themselves and their art, community and connection happened, creativity blossomed and I was

filled with joy! I am delighted when a painter sits before a blank canvas and quietly (or boldly) says, "I can only do stick-figures" and then - VOILA! - they create far beyond stick-figures! They uncover THEIR art! My table is open, as well as my heart, and that's when the magic happens :)! That's my story and I am sticking to it :)!
