Think you’re being watched? In 1966, the residents of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, started seeing something that shouldn’t exist.
Standing seven feet tall with glowing red eyes and a massive wingspan, the Mothman became a local nightmare. But he wasn’t just a monster, he was an omen. After months of sightings, the Silver Bridge collapsed in 1967, and the Mothman vanished as quickly as he appeared.
