Alla Boara will be in the Burgh in less than two weeks!

We’re so excited to celebrate the release of their third full album, ‘Tessere,” and to kick off another season in The Roots Cellar. Alla Boara creates a unique sound, rooted in tradition but facing the future, making their music something all audiences can enjoy. But don’t take our word for it, listen to Anthony for yourself!

Classes at the Calliope School of Folk Music start in less than two weeks! Don't miss this chance to join us for the fall term.

This is also a great opportunity to grab a course bundle, so you can commit to a class this term, and one in the winter (and maybe one in the spring, too!).

Calliope's Mainstage season kicks off in less then a month!

We're starting the year off at Manchester Craftsmen's Guild, and going back to our original Calliope roots in the North Side of Pittsburgh.

This October, we're excited to welcome Rachel Sumner & Traveling Light to the Burgh. This trio "brings the joyful musicianship, effortless chemistry, and spirit of discovery to every room." What better way to spend your Saturday night?

Single tickets are on sale now! Visit calliopehouse.org for details.

Meet Stu!

It’s been a minute since Calliope’s had a harmonica instructor, so we’re very excited to welcome Stu to the team. You may recognize him from his work with The Grubbs (with fellow Calliope instructor, Ben) and The Turpentiners. Did we mention he just got back from a weeklong harmonica convention in St. Louis?

Visit calliopehouse.org/school for course descriptions and registration information.
