Once young, rich and handsome lady's man, but now tragically middleage, Domenico Soriano, plans to leave his long-time lover, Filumena, who's been his life companion for 25 years, for a young and sexy nurse Diana. Suddenly, a tragedy strikes, and Dominico finds himself at the Filumena's deathbed granting her her last wish of dying a married woman. But as soon as the marriage ceremony is over, Domenico realises that he's been fooled: his now wife is perfectly healthy and has no plans of passing on.

Domenico's attempts to annul his Italian marriage take hilarious twists and turns and culminate in an unexpected ending. Will he marry Diana and get a chance at a new life? Will he stay with Filumena and get a second chance at love? Or will it be something else?

The witty, almost musical comedy is based on the famous Italian play Filumena Marturano by Eduardo De Filippo.
The play is in Russian with English subtitles.
