🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🚨
JADA House International is preparing for our 11th Annual Back-to-School “Blast Off” Event happening August 15, 2026, and we’re looking for amazing volunteers to help us make this community celebration impactful for children and families throughout Hazelwood and surrounding Pittsburgh communities! 💜🧡
This event has grown tremendously over the years, and last year we distributed over 1,000 backpacks along with school supplies to students preparing for a successful school year.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
✅ Set Up & Breakdown
✅ Packing School Supplies
✅ Hospitality
✅ Station Managers/Workers
✅ Administrative Support
✅ Community Engagement

It was an honor being in the south hills memorial day parade. We had a blast and look forward to being in it next year. We also apologize to running out of foam before the end and we'll make sure next year it doesn't happen again. Thank you to out volunteers who walked the parade with us. With out you we couldn't have made it.
