Big life update! and I are having a baby!! So excited for this next chapter in our lives - baby girl due in August. I’ll be taking a break from teaching and markets for a bit. Looking forward to figuring out how all this works and creating a brand new life together.

New little piece I just finished up before Smithsonian. Spalted Beech wood turned on the lathe topped with black-dyed pine needles coiled with waxed linen thread. Measures about 2.5” in all dimensions.

Two more days to see the !! 120 artisans from around the country are here showing some incredible work this weekend. The show runs today, Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm and tomorrow from 10 am to 4 pm. Find me in booth 121!

The National Building Museum is such a beautiful venue!! What an honor to be showing work here at ! The show is open to the public Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10am - 5pm, and Sunday 10am - 4pm. See you there!
