We the Pirates, of the city of Pittsburgh, in order to form a more funky beat, establish a funkier groove, insure domestic funkiness, provide for the common funk, promote the general turnt, and secure the blessings of a good time to our bad selves and yours, do hereby establish this band for the masses.
