All the world’s a stage, and all the Underlings merely slayers. 💀 Thank you to all who joined us for To Slay or Not to Slay. We bore witness to great art and left with side stitches from laughter.

Underlings, from its inception, has been focused on providing stages and support for diverse and q***r voices. Thank you for all who trusted us to mashup Shakespeare and drag - we knew it’d be great, but this was on another level. Most especially, thank you to for the concept and for bringing it to fruition with us and .

Congratulations to twin Caesars and winners and , and to all our incredible contestants who read us to filth and set our heads rolling: , , , and .

And another huge thank you to our judges, , , and Professor Stephen Wittek for weighing us and finding nothing wanting. Oh, and a 64oz Ye Olde Pepsie to & - we hope you don’t mind sharing a straw.

Looking for drag that knows how to bardy hard? Wishing your Shakespeare was less Titus Andronicus and more Titus Androgynous? Then join us at The Glitterbox Theatre for a one-night-only drag and theater competition! In To Slay or Not to Slay, actors are paired with drag performers to fuse Shakespearean melodrama with campy drag.

Join us and our panel of judges as the teams pour out sonnets and soundbites and choose one winner to rule them all. Heavy is the head that wears the crown... or wig.

PARALLEL REALMS: Bringing Anthology TV to the Stage
Our friends at Stage Warp Productions, a Pittsburgh non-profit theater group, are bringing "Parallel Realms" to Carnegie Stage August 1-3. Each play in this collection of shorts is written by a local playwright and is infused with science fiction.

Thank you to so many of you for joining us on our opening night! Out of concern for ticket sales and after a very long week, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our Sunday performance. All Sunday tickets will be transferred to another night or refunded.

We have 3 performances remaining: tonight at 8pm, and Saturday at 2:30 and 8pm. Come join us for the apocalypse.
