Take care of you now. This year will be 14 years fully recovered from Pregnancy induced cardio mayopathy. Or peripartum cardio mayopathy. I survived 8 Tia strokes and to this day I'm a licensed Special Effects Makeup artist, professional body painter and cosmetologist. I truly have learned to love life and to take care of me first. Yes of course I take care of my two blessings, but with out me and my daily efforts humbly speaking they wouldn't be amazing with out my support, constant love, attention and direction. They are my why!!!!

I'm making this post so everyone knows wether mom or dad, women or man, take care of your self. Your last days are YOUR.. last days no one else's.. live everyday to it's fullest and for YOU.. keep being amazing!!! Oh and
