When my clients said they wanted the common area of the AT dorms to be 9 feet and the units to be 8 feet, it provided an opportunity to look at the different trusses available, and how each one affects the internal volume of the space.

Had fun putting together this rendering for a simple structure I am designing for the NW Vipassana Center. This project lives very close to my heart.

Had the opportunity to do a hand sketch this weekend and I was reminded of how working in pen and paper heightens the direct connection to the drawings which creates a more authentic floor plan. Going to do more of these!
