ss! Join the party and make new friends!! No prior dance experience needed!

* Make sure to bring a towel & water to class! You will sweat and need to stay hydrated!

* Wear gym/tennis shoes or dance sneakers. Please be careful when wearing track shoes because they limit your ability to move side-to-side.

* Make sure to wear comfortable and breathable workout attire!

* You don’t have to know how to dance. Just let go, follow my lead, and have fun! These workouts can be modified for any fitness level! Please check with your doctor if you are uncertain that these exercise programs are right for you!
