This piece is part of a customer’s idea for their living room artwork. He commissioned a number of local artists to create their interpretation of his living room in their own unique style. They’ll hang in a grid on a large wall over the couch. I’ve seen a few of the other pieces, and they’re phenomenal! Each one is so uniquely the artist’s style, and I’m so honored to have been asked to be part of this project. I can’t wait to see them all hanging together!

I loved the vibrant blues, purples, and pops of magenta in this bar scene! The strong diagonal composition of the glasses really felt compelling to me as well. This piece was ambitious, a lot of layered translucency and textures to convey. I really enjoyed working this piece, and can’t wait to see everyone at upcoming festivals!
