The difference two years can make 🤯
a reminder why progress pictures can be so important. when you’re constantly focused on improving, it can be so hard to remember how far you’ve come.
in early 2024, we were closing out an offseason at just above 2000 calories and cardio never really left the chat. now, we’re well above 3000 a day with no cardio, continuing to push food as we try to build.
i don’t know when we’ll get on stage next, but these pictures remind me of the discipline, patience, and consistency i’ve built since starting this crazy bodybuilding journey in 2020.
