This just in: we’re having another Saturday workshop this month!

We’ll take two simple ideas - Jazz Squares and Frankie Sixes - to develop precision and clarity in our communication skills. We’ll learn these shapes from the ground up and provide challenging variations for all experience levels.

Val and Doug just taught this stuff at a workshop in Philly, and they’re ready to bring it home!

“Communication Isn’t Just for Squares”
Date: Saturday, October 24th
Time: 1-4pm
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and warm up.
Location: Wilkins School Community Center
Instructor: Val K. & Doug B.
Price: $35 ($45 at the door)
Prerequisite: Completion of Lindy Hop 1 or equivalent experience.

Pre-register at pittsburghswingdance.com!

People braving the dance floor and taking their first Lindy Hop dance lesson 💕

We couldn't be happier with how this went!

Should we try to do this again next year?

We definitely think so!!!

Don't be shy, ask someone to dance tonight!

Tonight is our last Friday Night Swing Dance at Golden Age... of 2026. See you there.
