I had the opportunity to join the Crawford County Little Miss Pageant queens, along with other local queens for a community service project 👑💕

We spent time together packing hygiene kits with travel-size essentials that will be donated to those in need within the community.

I always love when pageantry brings you together for something bigger than the crown. Thank you to Crawford County Little Miss for inviting me to be part of this project! 💕

Had a fun time judging the Miss Flamazing Pageant on Saturday! 🦩👑

This charity pageant helps raise funds for Miss Amazing West Virginia, which made the day even more special. I loved getting to spend the day with some of my UIE sister queens and, of course, watching all of the girls take the stage and shine.

Congratulations to every contestant! You should be so proud of yourselves and everything you accomplished that day. 💕

Yesterday was a wonderful afternoon at the NAMIWalks Keystone Pennsylvania Kickoff Luncheon! 💚

It was a great opportunity to officially kick off this year’s NAMIWalks season, learn more about the upcoming walk, and connect with others who are passionate about mental health awareness, support, and ending the stigma surrounding mental health.

I’m looking forward to being part of this year’s walk and continuing to use my voice to remind others that no one should ever feel alone or unseen in what they’re going through.

Here’s to more conversations, more support, and more sparkle, less stigma. ✨💚

This past Sunday was another successful day serving at Ronald McDonald House Pittsburgh. 💛

I'm so thankful for these incredible ladies who continue to show up month after month. It's never just about making a meal—it's about being present, spending time together, and doing something that makes an impact on others.

This visit was a little more meaningful than usual. While we are there to support families during some of their most difficult days, we are also there for each other during our own difficult times. The afternoons together give us back as much as we give and I believe they remind us that we do not have to carry things all alone. ❤️

Spent the evening last night at Thursday Nights on Main in Zelienople with Val Weaver and enjoyed some of Zelie's favorite summer traditions. We wandered through the shops, listened to live music, met so many friendly people and loved everything downtown had to offer.

I had the chance to hand out some of Creating Calm through PEACE Coloring Kits to kids throughout the evening. It was fun sharing a little creativity with some of the youngest visitors.

Big Thanks to Adel Fatur for inviting us! We had such a fun evening and can't wait for the next event in Zelienople.

This past Thursday, I had the opportunity to return to Grapevine Center's Recovery Fest with my platform Creating Calm through PEACE and it turned into a really special full-circle moment.

Years before Creating Calm, I created a project called CAPturing the ARTS where I used bottle caps to create unique pieces of art. The project combined recycling and creativity while encouraging arts and crafts as a positive outlet for mental health and wellness.

The Grapevine Center was one of the very first places where I shared this project, so being able to bring bottle cap art back years later was incredibly meaningful.

Watching people slow down, create something with their hands, and simply enjoy the moment reminded me why I believe creativity can be such a powerful tool for reducing stress, building connection, and supporting mental wellness.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to make bottle cap art, share conversations, and spend a little time creating calm.

Diamonds & Denim was such a fun category to put together for Internationals. I love being able to create things by hand, so making the shoulder chains myself was probably my favorite part. It's always rewarding when an idea in your head comes to life on stage. 💙
