Meet Our New Instructor:
My name is Nancy!  I am passionate about yoga, which I have practiced for over thirty years. As a Registered Yoga Teacher and a member of Yoga Alliance, I earned my credentials training under Dr. Bradley at Diablo Valley College.

I specialize in teaching Hatha, Chair, and Restorative Yoga, as well as Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. My goal is to make yoga accessible to every body, sharing the sense of well-being that the practice has brought to my own life.

I look forward to practicing with you. See you on the mat!
