M Square Event Center Pricing Overview
Our pricing varies by season and day of the week.
March–May and November–December
• Friday & Saturday: $100 per hour or $2,000 for a full-day rental
• Sunday–Thursday: $75 per hour or $1,500 for a full-day rental
January–February and June–October
• Sunday–Thursday: $50 per hour or $1,000 for a full-day rental
• Friday & Saturday: $75 per hour or $1,500 for a full-day rental
Security Deposit:
• For events with 149 guests or fewer, a $250 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.
• For events with more than 149 guests, a $500 security deposit is required.
The security deposit is required to secure your date and will be fully refunded as long as all items are picked up after the event. We do not require a full breakdown of tables and chairs, but there should be no major mess and all garbage must be thrown away.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
All venue rental fees must be paid 31 days prior to your event.
If you need to cancel, cancellation must also be made at least 31 days prior to the event. If you cancel within 31 days of your event, any fees already paid toward the rental will be nonrefundable. Only the security deposit will be refunded.
