The Circle family is sad to learn of the passing of Minx McCloud, a longtime volunteer. For many years, she wrote and distributed our press releases and served as props mistress on many shows, as well as being a regular audience member. Her enthusiasm was contagious. Minx was not only a staunch supporter of Circle, but of many local theaters. Her smiling face could sometimes be seen at multiple shows per weekend.
Our world was brighter with her in it, and she will be very much missed.

The Circle Players family is greatly saddened to learn of the passing of Noah Stanzione, on March 21, 2024.
Noah first graced our stage in Turning Leaf Theater Company's "The Glass Menagerie", and brought his gentle spirit and immense talent to many other shows in the decade that followed, including "The Liar", "Terra Nova", "Dealer's Choice", and "The Nance". Noah is gone much too soon, and he will be greatly missed.

Circle Players, Inc. is sad to report yet another loss to our community theater family.
Rob Pherson passed away March 17 after a long illness.
Rob and his wife Catherine have been involved with Circle Players and other local theaters for many years. In addition to serving as a Board member, Rob appeared on our stage in plays such as "The Lion in Winter" and "Dancing at Lughnasa", and directed shows including "The Clean House". He also staged productions by his own independent theater company, Turning Leaf on our stage. His talent and brilliance will be sorely missed. Our hearts are broken.

We are sad to announce another loss to the Circle theater family. A longtime Circle performer, member and supporter, Marcinho Savant (Marc Waters), passed away on July 5, 2022 after a long illness. Marc was a fixture at Circle for many years, performing in shows such as "The Apple Tree" and "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum". Circle was privileged to host the world premier of his original play "Crosses to Bear". He was a remarkable talent and a bright light, even during profound personal struggles. We are all better for having known him, and he will be deeply missed.

Circle Players is sad to announce the tragic loss of a member of our theatre family, Kerri Lynn Shea (neƩ Sirkin). She graced our stage in many productions, including a performance as Tillie in "The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds". Sadly, she was killed in a hit-and-run automobile crash in South Brunswick on Saturday evening. Her talent and sweet nature will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with her family, especially her husband Chris and young daughter Emi.
