Whether you’re penning your first chorus or polishing your hundredth song, the CenLa Songwriters Circle is your home base. This is a relaxed, encouraging space for songwriters of all levels and styles—no pressure, no judgment, no egos. Just music and mutual support.
What to expect:
Each month, songwriters take turns sharing their original songs in a true “round-table” style—one song at a time around the Circle. This isn’t a performance; it’s a creative hangout where you can:
Share the stories behind your songs
Swap songwriting tips and techniques
Connect with other local writers
Hear about upcoming festivals and songwriter opportunities
Find inspiration (and maybe your next co-writer)
Bring your instrument and your songs—amps are welcome (though not required)—keyboards are welcome, too!
