Everyone’s talking about this new gem just added to our schedule. Rainn Riot has been studying and practicing heel work for many years and is bringing all of her knowledge and skill to this weekly class!

Whether you like classic style, edgework, exo or hardstyle, there will be something here for you. This high beginner/intermediate level class will introduce choreo based on a variety of styles, and you will explore ways up from and down to the floor.

We’ve been poppin’ off with the pop-ups and we aren’t slowing down. This next one is a big one with the renowned trick coach Stephanie Tallant 💜💪🏽

Join Stephanie Tallant for this power hour of gorgeous shapes! This intermediate level and up class will focus on 1-2 variations of both Jade and Dragontail shapes, as well as transitions and techniques for creating different shapes, lines, and variations within each trick. You will also learn tips for active flexibility, alignment, and engagement to help improve lines and make each shape feel more secure.

Prerequisites:
- Solid skills: Gemini (outside leg hang), flatline Scorpio (inside leg hang), and ability to invert (either from the floor or by dropping down)

Get that invert, babe! It’s the one trick that seems the most elusive when you are a beginner, regardless of your fitness background. An invert takes strength, safe technique, and lots of practice. Getting it on your own seems daunting, so why not join us and demystify the process just a little bit?

With __twistedmetal__ as your coach, in just 6 weeks you will condition, learn safe technique (and yes, the tips that make it feel SO much easier), learn different types of invert shapes (scorpio, gemini, flatline, etc.) and ways to get in and out of those shapes like a pro. Just 6 weeks and you’ll be getting that b***y upside down!

Prerequisites: High beginner level, or 6 months or more of pole experience, and the ability to do a basic climb.

🐍 She’s HERE! And we are so freaking excited. In conjunction with Muse PoleShow weekend, we are offering a workshop with the incredible Kaite. This one is going to fill, my friends. Get on it!

In this workshop with the incredibly dynamic and fluid Kaite you will blend the magnetic power of spin and edgework to craft movement that looks AND feels hypnotic. Bring your heels, knee pads, and an open mind as we explore some unique transitions. Comfort in pirouettes is highly encouraged. Some experience with edgework recommended but not mandatory.

Meet Janiece Sistrunk ! She’s sweet, she’s smooth, the girl’s 50% sugar and the rest attitude 💅

We are so excited to have this burst of positive energy on our team, check her out every Friday teaching MELT a club-style choreo class for high beginner and up at 6pm.

A few things you may not know about her…

🪩 Hometown: Originally from the best city to do it! The LAnd! A true princess from Los Angeles, California 👑

🪩 Top 3 things I might be found doing outside the studio: I am an extreme introvert! So I am sleeping, watching movies, or eating (I love my hot wings) I also love karaoke 😂 I do love a wonderful apple martini too 🍸

🪩 Ice cream flavor I would murder for: I’m a classy gal so I only eat sorbet I’d kill for a lemon or mango any day ✨ I don’t eat ice cream ☺️ Rita’s> Strachan’s

🪩 How I felt as a beg dancer/ pole student: I felt very very timid at first I wanted to hide it from everyone… but as I took more classes and got to know more people in this industry I became very inspired and EXTREMELY CONFIDENT in myself as a woman and my sexuality. I understand that I serve seggs appeal and knowing how to embrace it and own it is wonderful 👑✨
