Where are our daytime baddies at? Thursdays are the new Friday, so step away from your computer and join for The Upside Down Mixed Level invert combos class at 11am on Thursdays, starting June 4th. Stay after for open pole 12-2pm!

This combo-focused tricks class will challenge your strength and endurance, and give you the invert conditioning practice you need to get that b***y in the air every single time! You will learn a combo that includes an inversion, and link that to other beautiful tricks and shapes on the pole.

You don’t need to have a clean effortless invert to join, just the desire to try. Appropriate for high beginner students who are still working on their inverts, and others who want to get their inverts clean and strong and maintain endurance through longer tricks combos. Minimum 6 mos pole experience (High Beginner) and up. B***y Up!

Here’s your chance train with the master of flow, coming to us Sunday, June 21st in collaboration with

Eye of the Storm 12:30-2pm $80
Spin pole workshop (intermediate lvl) incorporating seamless low flow elements blended with beautiful shapes. You will focus on heel technique and weight distribution through transitions while adding personal style.

IVY 2:30-4pm $80
This intermediate level workshop will be a practicing growth, spirals, and wrapping. You will approach the pole like a trellis with interesting combos that focus on using the entire entirety of the Paul through static rotations. Learn some beautiful shapes and instruments that utilize various points of contact and refresh your combos with purpose and poise. Open to polers who can comfortably climb,, and leg hang.

Grounded in floorwork and fluid sequencing, you’ll learn to navigate seamless transitions, tracing pathways that feel both deliberate and instinctual. Each movement is an opportunity to connect—to your body, your breath, and the quiet power beneath it all.

This is a space to shed performance and step into presence. To move with weight, with texture, with intention. To explore your sensuality not as something to perform, but something to inhabit.

Expect a supportive, no-judgment environment where you can push boundaries, deepen your expression, and lose yourself in the experience of movement—raw, controlled, and unapologetically yours.

You don’t have to be the ultimate flexy goddess to do split shapes on the pole, you just have to use your powers of illusion...

Join renowned pole instructor Stephanie Tallant for this power hour of gorgeous faux splitty shapes! This Higher Beginner Lvl 1/2 and up class will focus on 2-3 faux split shapes (including front and straddle variations), transitions between the shapes to build short combos, and techniques for active flexibility, alignment, and engagement to extend and improve lines.

Prerequisites (not required, but having most of these will be helpful!)
-Pole sit, genie, and jasmine
-Ability to invert (either from the floor or by dropping down)

Bio:
Stephanie Tallant is a pole instructor and movement coach with over a decade of training experience. She is known for her structured teaching and progressions that help students build strength, confidence, and body awareness. She discovered pole in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the challenge and variety of it. Stephanie has competed professionally with PSO and POSA (Pole Sports & Arts World Federation) and now focuses on coaching students around the world through the Pole with Steph App. Her teaching centers on strong foundations, active flexibility, sustainable technique, and off-the-pole conditioning that supports ongoing progress. She loves helping students feel capable, supported, and confident at every level. IG:

Struggle with smoothing out your moves on the floor? Join Karen in this pop-up class where you will strengthen your technique and learn some creative new confidence-building moves in a choreographed dance routine. There will be an emphasis on musicality and stage presence so you feel as comfortable on the floor as you do the pole!
