Built in 1917 for use at the Sandhills Fair, The Fair Barn is the oldest surviving early twentieth-century fair exhibition hall in North Carolina. This beautifully restored barn is equipped with a state-of-the art kitchen, dressing rooms, and beautifully tiled restrooms.
