8:15 a.m. Mandatory Pilot Safety Briefing – Attendance required to practice – main hangar
8:30 - 12:00 a.m. Practice Opens – Open and Free to spectators

5:00 p.m. Free Concert American Legion Park Pinedale – featuring Last Revel with special guest KImmi Bitter - Transportation shuttle provided

7:30 a.m. Breakfast by at KPNA for competitors, support, and volunteers provided by Half Moon Lake Lodge for a small charge
8:15 a.m. Mandatory Pilot Safety Briefing – Attendance required for all competitors – main hangar

8:15 a.m. Aircraft Staging
9:00 a.m. Competition begins
12:00pm - 1:00pm Pilot Meet & Greet
1:00 p.m. Competition Finals
2:15pm Awards and Drawings on flight line!
