Oglala Sioux Tribe Victim Services O.S.T Victim Services is a 24/7 Domestic Violence program. We also assist the elderly with filing protection orders.

We service victims of Domestic Violence, sexual assault and elder abuse across the Pine Ridge reservation. The services provided include:
•crisis intervention
•outreach advocacy
•emergency fuel, food, clothing and transportation
•assistance filing victim compensation applications
•Criminal justice advocacy: transportation to court, court support, assistance in filing protection orders & restrai

ning orders.
•support group
•community education to raise awareness on domestic violence and intimate partner violence and teen dating violence.
•emergency shelter services and case management. Extensions of the program include:
the Men’s Re-education program coordinated by Milton Bianas who can be contacted at the V.S. office M-F, 8-4:30, or by calling 605-407-3202. O.S.T Victim Services has the Wi Hinaphe Otipi/New Sunrise Shelter which provides emergency shelter for those women & children fleeing intimate partner violence. For shelter services contact 605-867-1508 to reach an on-call advocate. NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic some services and contact with the public are limited. For any questions, comments or concerns call 605-867-1508, someone is always Oncall to take your call. We are located next to Taco Johns in Pine Ridge on Main Street.

Domestic violence is all about power and control, and many abusers choose to stalk current or former partners in order to maintain power and control over them.

Stalking can be incredibly scary, serious, and even life-threatening for victims. Being supported and having access to resources as soon as possible can save victims' lives.
