It is official, the 2026 Scrap & Stamp Rummage Sale will be November 7th - November 15th 2026.
If you have great supplies and just don't have the room or just want to change up your style this is the sale for you!
If you love a good deal then this is the sale for you!
This sale is always a huge hit and many vendors sell just about everything they bring!
Help me spread the word by sharing this with all your scrappy/quilty friends.
Official rules for buyers and sellers:
How To Become A Vendor:
*Call the store at 320-629-9960 to get a vendor number. This is very important so we do not double up on vendor numbers! If you sold with us in the past you can use your old number we just need you to call and let us know you will be participating, confirm your vendor number and let us know if you will be donating or picking up unsold goods.
*Mark your items with your vendor number and a price. Please make sure you price in .25 increments. Please use a sharpie, masking tape or painters tape so the tag does not fall off. Unmarked items can not be sold.
*We must ask that you not sell Tumu or Amazon products at this sale.
*Drop off your items and sign your vendor form during the drop off dates: October 29th - November 5th.
*Pick up your unsold items during pick up dates. We can not accomodate early or late pick ups. Anything left after the pick up dates will be donated. No exemptions. If you will be donating unsold items we can not donate any electronic items. Any unsold electronics must be picked up if not sold.
*Pick up dates for vendors: November 21st - December 6th
*Upon pick up you will receive a voucher with your total amount sold to be used at The Pine City Scrapbooking Co in the next 2 months to be used by January 21, 2027.
The number one question for sellers is how much do I price my items. If you really love it and don't mind getting it back, price it high. If you really want to get rid of it, go low. I always err on the low side because I'm done with most of what I sell.
It's a great idea to group small items together in a bag. Those items won't get lost in the shuffle and everyone loves a grab bag full of fun goodies! Same with paper, I always group paper and sell as a lot. Less damage and you are more likely to sell out and not have onsie twosies left over. Tape bags closed.
It's just that easy! So go through your crafty stash and start purging and making room for new things! It is a great time and place to get rid of your items as we have such a great turnout for our sale. So many crafty people uner one roof!
Buyers:
Cash is the only method of payment for the Scrap & Stamp Rummage Sale. We do not accept credit or debit for the Scrap & Stamp Rummage Sale. If you are purchasing store merchandise you can use any form of payment but the Rummage Sale items are rung spearate and must be cash.
*Bring patience, it's a super busy sale and check out lines take time. We do add extra check outs to speed things up.
*Bring reuseable bags to carry your treasures while you shop as we have limited baskets.
*Shop often, things get stirred up and new things appear!
*Store Hours Wednesday - Monday 10:00 - 5:00 closed on Tuesday.
Retreat Bookings
Scrapbook Season is upon us, text your scrappy or quilty friends and book your favorite weekend. We have so many great open dates you'll have to check them out. The 2027 calendar is open and ready to take bookings as well.
Quilt Retreat
Did you know we have added quilt friendly tools to our Retreat Center? We have added two large design walls, portable ironing boards, two irons, a large custom ironing board, cutting station and we loan out table risers as well! If you could help us spread the word to your quilty friends I would so appreciate it.
Looking For A New Owner!
We are still looking for new owners for the store. I plan on staying open until we sell, but I need your help. Please keep shopping and staying at the retreat while we look for a new owner. We want to sell a viable prospering business to the new owners so they can hit the ground running. We have a tried and true business that has stood the test of time and we want the new owners to have the same success.
We all talk about how we've lost so many brick and mortar scrapbook stores and how sad we are about it. The only way we can keep our remaining stores it to shop them. Support the stores you want to keep.
