The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) is hosting its 3rd annual “Juneteenth in the Bluff: An Arts & Culture Festival” on Friday, June 19, 2026, in downtown Pine Bluff’s Delta Rhythm and Bayous Cultural District.

Juneteenth in the Bluff 2026 did something special and Pine Bluff showed up! Nearly 6,000 people came through, more than doubling last year's record and making this the biggest celebration in the festival's history. This doesn't happen without every volunteer who gave their time, every sponsor who believed in the vision, every staff member who held it down, and every artist who brought the energy. Most of all, thank you, Pine Bluff. This is yours. We Did It!!
