Fresh eggs start long before they're in the carton. Every day means cleaning the coop, saving the manure for the garden, collecting eggs, treating the girls to their favorite snacks (bagels & blueberries), and carefully packaging and dating each carton. A little work, a lot of love, and some very happy hens. 🐔🥚

Need some ideas for using your fresh goodies?

🔥 Stuffed Long Hots

Preheat oven to 350°
Slice peppers lengthwise (don't cut all the way through)
Remove seeds for less heat… or leave them if you like it spicy!
Stuff with your favorite cheese (we love provolone or mozzarella) and add Italian meats like prosciutto or salami.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Take a bite and hold on! 🌶️🔥

🍅 Cherry Tomatoes

Toss them into salads
Mix with cucumbers, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar for a simple summer snack
Make Garlic Parmesan Tomato Soup (DM us for the recipe — it's delicious!)
