Meet the owner…
Becky Clanton is the owner and creator of Queen B Cowboy Hat Shaping. Becky has over 25 years of hat shaping experience and has decided to share her craft publicly. She grew up in the horse show arena but after one trip to Cowtown Rodeo she was hooked. After college, Becky became a professional barrel racer in the Womens Professional Rodeo Association East Coast Chapter and was the Permit Champion and 2x Best Dressed Cowgirl. Since then, she has raised two rodeo loving cowgirls who compete in high school rodeo and have held many rodeo queen titles. Becky is also the director of the Miss First Frontier Circuit Rodeo Queen program and Co-Director of the Miss New Jersey High School Rodeo Queen Committee. On a Saturday night when she’s not supporting her daughters at a rodeo, you can find her at the closest dance hall, line dancing in a crisp shaped hat. With a lifetime in the western industry, from the rodeo arena, to the pageant stage, to the show ring, to the dance floor, Becky has developed an eye for the appropriate hat shape for any western occasion.
