Hey Yoga Ladies,

I wanted to update you—unfortunately, I no longer have a space on Main Street to teach yoga and breathwork. I know some of you had paid for a month of classes, and I truly appreciate your support. I’ll be returning your fees, as I wasn’t aware I’d be losing the space when I offered those sessions. Please message me directly so we can arrange your refund.

I’m actively looking for a new space to continue sharing my practice with our small community. In the meantime, I’ll be hosting sitting meditations at 8 PM CST on YouTube. Hope to see you there!

Friendly Reminder, Bledsoe County!

Join us tonight for a free, beginner-friendly yoga class at The Grinning Possum on Main Street in Pikeville. This will be a traditional floor-based practice designed to strengthen both your body and mind.

I understand that "yoga" can feel unfamiliar to some, but please know this practice can be a beautiful way to care for the body God has given us. While the class is open to all, regardless of faith, believers can use this time to connect with the Lord through quiet reflection, breath, and movement.

All are welcome – let’s shine His light together!
