🎃 Dollywood’s FIRST after-hours special event is now on sale! 🎃

For the first time ever, Dollywood is hosting a separately-ticketed after-hours event — Harvey’s Boo Bash — and it sounds like it could become a brand-new fall tradition in Pigeon Forge.

The event will take place on three Friday nights:

📅 October 16
📅 October 23
📅 October 30
⏰ 9 PM – Midnight
🎟️ Guests with tickets can enter Dollywood as early as 6 PM

Harvey’s Boo Bash will happen after Dollywood’s Harvest Festival closes to regular park guests at 9 PM, giving ticketed guests a limited-capacity night inside the park with Great Pumpkin LumiNights, candy stations, character meet-and-greets, dance parties, special food, exclusive merchandise, and access to several attractions — including the all-new NightFlight Expedition.

Guests will also receive:

🍬 A complimentary candy bag
🥤 A commemorative souvenir cup
🥤 Free Coca-Cola fountain drinks with the cup
🍪 A free themed snack
🎃 Access to allergen-friendly candy options at select locations

Costumes will be allowed, but guests will need to follow Dollywood’s costume guidelines.

Tickets are $129.99 + tax, with a $5 discount for season passholders and Dollywood resort guests. Special ticket bundles are also available for guests who want to visit the park before 6 PM.

This is a big first for Dollywood — an after-hours Halloween-style event with limited capacity.

IT SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING

Kyle Grainger WVLT reports that one of the most talked-about projects on the Parkway is still moving forward.

The development is expected to bring several major family attractions to Pigeon Forge, including:

🎯 NERF Action Xperience
🖍️ Crayola Experience
🧱 A LEGO-themed attraction
🎮 Additional family entertainment experiences, shopping, and dining options

NERF Action Xperience is planned to feature blaster battle zones, sports challenges, obstacle courses, interactive games, and more, while Crayola Experience would give families hands-on creative activities similar to the popular attractions found in other cities.

The project has experienced delays since it was first announced, but recent reports indicate the development remains in the works.

If all of these attractions open, it could become one of the largest family entertainment destinations in the Smokies.

We were at Dollywood over the weekend and noticed the new drink scanners showing up at more refill stations throughout the park. 🥤

We haven’t tried them yet, but it seems like they could help reduce some of the ice and syrup outages that happen during busy days.

There are some Smoky Mountain memories that just hit different. 🥹

This old Ghost Town in the Sky chair was spotted recently, and for a lot of people, one look is enough to bring back a flood of memories.

For generations, Ghost Town in the Sky was one of those places families talked about long after the trip was over — the ride up the mountain, the Old West feel, the shows, the views, and that feeling that you were stepping into a different world above Maggie Valley.

It’s amazing how one old ride seat can bring back so many stories.

Some folks remember going as kids.
Some remember taking their own kids.
And some probably still wish they could ride up there one more time.

Blazing Fury at Dollywood was evacuated Sunday night after what appeared to be a technical issue.

The lights came on inside the ride, and guests were able to get a rare behind-the-scenes look at one of Dollywood’s most classic attractions.

Thankfully, it appeared to be handled calmly, and guests were walked out safely.

It’s not every day you get to see a ride with the lights on.

So here’s the big question…

Dolly’s very first Tennessean Travel Stop officially opens June 24!

Road trip stop… but make it Dolly. 💛

Wayne Menard shared these images from inside the travel stop this week.

is opening in Cornersville, Tennessee, right off I-65 at Exit 22, and it sounds like it’s going to be much more than a quick gas-and-go stop.

Travelers will be able to enjoy:

🍖 DLY BBQ
🍽️ A full-service restaurant
🛍️ Custom Dolly-inspired merchandise
🚗 A brand-new roadside stop built around Tennessee hospitality

This is Dolly’s first Tennessean Travel Stop, and it looks like it could become a must-stop for folks traveling through Tennessee.
