My not-so best kept secret to conquering theme parks, especially wanting to hit big thrill rides? Visit on a Thursday! Most parks, even in the peak of the summer, are less crowded during the week (kinda obvious - people work) BUT the reason why Thursdays are GOATed is because it’s close enough to the weekend that all the major rides are likely open but the crowds are kept at bay until Friday-Saturday rolls around. Any park (exception being Disney and Universal, as they are universally busy, pun intended) will likely be much less crowded on a Thursday without sacrificing overall experience. This will save you money, as you won’t need to purchase a skip-the-line pass, and time, as you can do more with less crowds.
