✨ Meet the Board Monday: Melody Peters ✨

Today we’re celebrating Melody Peters, PCT’s newly elected Board Secretary — though she’s no stranger to leadership. Melody has proudly served on the PCT Board for the past couple of years, and we’re thrilled to see her step into this new role.

Right now, Melody is also the organizational force behind the scenes as an Assistant Director for PCT Presents: Disney Pixar's Finding Nemo Jr. Her calm, creative, keep‑the‑ship‑steady energy is exactly what every production dreams of.

A few fun facts that make Melody, well… Melody:

🐔 Favorite Food: Chicken Bryan — a true classic
😅 Medical Plot Twist: She’s had her adenoids removed twice. They grew back.
🌴 From Florida to Ohio: Melody relocated from West Palm Beach, FL, and maintains a running list of 100+ things she does not miss about living in Florida.

We’re grateful for Melody’s dedication, humor, and heart. Her leadership helps make PCT a welcoming, joyful place for artists and audiences alike.

Treasurer • Licensing Expert • Director of PCT Presents: Disney Pixar's Finding Nemo Jr.

If you’ve ever wondered how PCT keeps its productions running smoothly. From budgets to licensing to the magic onstage, look no further than Pamela Villarreal. Pam is not only PCT’s Treasurer and licensing guru, she’s also the director of our current splashy adventure, Disney Pixar’s Finding Nemo Jr.

And behind the scenes? Pam is an accomplished accompanist and keyboard player, bringing musicianship, precision, and heart to every production she touches.

🎭 Meet the Board: Adam Schroeder — Founding Member & Vice President

If you’ve ever wondered who helped build Pickerington Community Theatre from the ground up, look no further than Adam Schroeder, one of PCT’s original founding members and a dedicated Board leader since day one.

Adam grew up in Wisconsin before making his way to Ohio to attend Capital University, and lucky for us, he never left. His passion for community, creativity, and collaboration has shaped PCT for over two decades, and his steady leadership continues to guide our mission and growth.

He also brings a little extra star power to the Boardroom:
Adam is a proud Green Bay Packers shareholder, owning one share of the team. (Yes, he has the certificate. Yes, he’s very serious about it.)

Bonus Fact!
Adam once fit 104 conversation hearts in his mouth.
We don’t know why. We don’t know how.
We just know that’s commitment.

Meet the Board Monday!!

Today we’re kicking off our new series by spotlighting PCT President Amanda “Mandy” Tuttle.

3 Fast Facts about Mandy:
• She graduated high school at 16.
• She owns an incredible collection of natural and man‑made curiosities — including fulgurite formed by lightning, coal from the Titanic, giant sequoia seeds, and even a hippo sculpted from Mount St. Helens ash.
• She and her two sisters were all born on different continents.

Mandy, thank you for your leadership, passion, and the spark you bring to the PCT Board of Directors.
