Everyone is welcome to an art reception celebrating Too many Tags and not enough Its!, a new solo exhibition by artist Meghan O’Connor. Taking place on Saturday, August 29, from 4 PM to 6 PM, this free event offers guests the opportunity to meet the artist, view the artwork on display, and enjoy light refreshments in the gallery. The 44th Annual Juried Art Competition at the Pickens County Museum of Art & History is now open for entry! The show is a staple of the museum! Awards total $2500, and the show will begin with an opening reception on October 10, 2026.
