day 21: hard. If that isn’t the best word to describe the past week, I don’t know what is. I did a lot of hard things with this piece. Not only the fine detailing, but I was vulnerable and did this piece live. I have a lot of anxiety and issues with perfectionism, so that was a big leap for me. But, it was an amazing experience that ended up introducing a stranger to . It also felt good to be able to make a connection with someone despite the . I finished this piece up with a heat gun today, which was my first time using one ever, so that was a learning curve. Lots of firsts with this piece, and firsts are often hard. May we all never back down from what is hard.
