Entertainment Events & T2 Presents in search of a rock star, self-motivated Marketing Intern who is looking to make a break into the Entertainment industry.
Intern responsibilities will include:
Assessing venue marketing assets to assist the company selection of best markets for engagements.
Monitoring sales of local and national engagements
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Performing market analysis and research on the competition
Supporting the Producer in daily administrative tasks
The Job Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated & self-sufficient marketing intern to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies, along with monitoring active shows to gauge engagements in need of your marketing expertise.
As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our Producing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels and ensure successful engagements.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
Perform market analysis and research on competition.
Support the Producer's team in daily administrative tasks.
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
Prepare promotional presentations.
Help distribute marketing materials.
Keep track of print & email campaigns, working in conjunction with the graphic design team.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Monitoring sales of local and national engagements
Help organize marketing events.
Work in collaboration and take charge of contacting venue marketing teams to push our collective goal of successful engagements.
Requirements and skills
Strong desire to learn along with the professional drive.
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take charge of campaigns and projects.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Airtable
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
Knowledge of MailChimp, Canva, and Adobe Suite products is helpful, but not required.
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree

The current minimum in-office attendance required is 20 hours per week.
Office located near Deer Valley.
Intern stipend dependent on experience.
