In 2018, freshly after our first event, we took our underdeveloped skills and collaborated w/ .the.th0tslayer on bringing to life ‘Kawaii Girl’. It felt like a group of neighborhood kids getting together to go out and shoot moment to moment clips that we’d later claim as a music video. This was the first experience that we had outside of throwing an event, and it was very freeing and pure fun. We are very appreciative of the impression and influence Kal has had on us to continue to create without limitations. It’s been humbling to discover many of our recent collaborators sharing the same experience when engaging with Kal. Which is why, whenever we embark on a creative adventure, or wrap up an idea we throw our hands and the middle and chant “1-2-3 ~ Kal!”. Happy Valentine’s y’all.
