After hearing the words “you have cancer,” Elizabeth Ayers Cluff, Founder of Impact One Breast Cancer Foundation, focused on one thought:

“I’m going to be okay.”

One phone call changed everything 💗

She helped change Arizona law 💄👀

When Alexandra Bradberry set out to open The Sparkle Bar (Scottsdale, AZ), she ran into a major roadblock:

➡️ At the time, Arizona makeup artists couldn’t legally charge for their services without a cosmetology license—even though there were exceptions for retail and production work.

So, instead of working around the problem, Alexandra decided to take it on.

✨ Senate Bill 1320 created an exemption for makeup artists and cleared up the gray area surrounding the industry.
