The Neighborhood is one of the longest running storytelling-based shows in AZ and we’re excited to pop up at Downtown Phoenix’s hidden arts & culture gem, the Great Arizona Puppet Theater on Sunday, September 27th, at 4:30pm (doors at 4pm).

Our guest storyteller for September 27th, is valley activist, organizer, and storyteller, Jerrica Trimble!

Since 2004, The Neighborhood has featured figures from Phoenix’s vibrant art, music, and culture scenes to share their real-life stories, thoughts, and musings. While audience members are welcomed into the world of the city’s movers & shakers, the all-star cast of some of the best performers in the valley use everything the guest offers as inspiration for awesome improv comedy that you’ll never forget. Each and every show created on the spot by The Neighborhood is a unique and funny experience that will never be repeated!

Tickets range from $10 to $15 and are available online at azpuppets.org and at the door on the day of the show. Masking up is highly encouraged to help keep our immunocompromised friends safe; free masks available at the door.

The Neighborhood is produced by Jose Gonzalez for Monster Improv (IG Monster Improv). Monster Improv produces shows all over Arizona and offers classes & workshops to empower people on their improv journey, whether new to the art form or experienced and striving for growth as a performer. GHOSTFEST, the vaguely Halloween themed marathon of improv comedy shows, has been rocking steady since 2011 and this year, the spooky spectacle will be Saturday, October 17th, and Sunday, October 18th, at the Bridge Improv Theater in Mesa.
