Yes… me! I actually did it—and I’m kind of proud. Sharing this little transformation
because it’s been a wild 75-day ride: no alcohol, two workouts a day, 2.5 books read, and more water than I thought...😅
It took a ton of self-discipline and the constant support of my amazing wife to get through it.
I started right after my birthday at 220 lbs (99 kg) and wrapped it up at 200 lbs (90 kg).
This challenge isn’t easy—but if you stick to it, it’s one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. I learned so much along the way, and if you’ve ever thought about testing your limits… just go for it. You won’t regret it.
