Happy Friday Laveen Zumba, I hope all is well! I'd like to invite you to a wonderful event that is a fundraiser to help fight cancer. This event takes place Saturday, March 5th at 3pm at the American Sports Center in Avondale 755 N. 114th ave 85323. The ticket is $20.00 for an hour and a half of Zumba with some of your favorite instructors. There will be information about cancer, the Imagine Me Organization as well as some awesome raffle gifts. So come to dance, support and have fun! If you can't make it please share the information with some friends. Thank you and I shall see you soon!

I miss you but I'm still keeping busy and I hope you are. Tonight is all cardio no weights. I'll do 5 miles of walking/jogging then 👇👇👇 can't wait. Before I do this I'll have a high protein shake and protein based snack for extra fuel plus water water water!

Hello Laveen Zumba.... I won the Power Ball Lottery and I will no longer be teaching!!!!

HAAAAAA! Just kidding the dance floor and gym floors are under repair for the rest of July. The Cafeteria is an option, but it's not safe to dance on, I've suffered injuries as well as others in the past therefore I have to cancel July I'm very sorry safety is 1st. Laveen Zumba shall return September 2nd Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm. I hope to return with a new instructor Mandi Dyer and a hopefully another instructor but I won't say who yet hopefully she gets this subliminal message lol that way we can add more days. I Love and I appreciate your loyalty & patience. If I go to other classes I will post an invite to go with me. Stay hydrated, happy and healthy see you soon!😚

Good Afternoon Laveen Zumba! Ok good news & semi bad news. Tonight there's no class due to flooring at the schoo, however July 6th and 8th we'll be in the dance room, the rest of the month in the cafeteria until they're done with the floors. So I shall see you Monday the 6th have an amazing rest of the week & awesome 4th of July!
