I don’t do as many readings as I used to, but yesterday’s reading at SMoCA for International Women’s Day was pretty special!

Hey Phoenix, thanks for nearly 12 amazing years, almost as many coffeeshops/venues, more than 100 poets/readers, and probably over 500 audience members! We've loved every year of it, but it's time to move on, reinvent ourselves, and pass the torch to the next generation! Long live the literary arts and poetry in Phoenix! LAST MINUTE CHANGE IN VENUE, STILL AT PHOENIX COLLEGE but in the Hacienda Room, F building: Park off 11th Avenue and Flower Street in the North Corner Lot. Head South onto campus from North Lot, past Art Bldg, to F Bldg. The Hacienda Room is on the first floor of F. We will try to be outside to direct to correct location.
