Native New Yorker Philip Miller lived on Staten Island with his wife, Arlene. They had raised two children. Outside of work, Miller played golf, ran marathons, and spent time at the family’s summer home in the Poconos. He was an assistant director and casualty actuary at Aon Corporation. On 9/11 Day, Miller was at work on the South Tower’s 102nd floor. He was 53 years old. Today we placed a white rose at his name on the to mark his 78th birthday.
