The Phoenix Art Deco Society strives to bring that spirit of the art deco era to you. We capture the vibrancy of the 1920s and 1930s and package it into immersive experiences, educational events, and preservation opportunities. The space the Phoenix Art Deco Society has created in the community is for everyone to celebrate the heart of le style moderne. We are advocates for the appreciation, understanding, and preservation of Art Deco in Phoenix and worldwide. The Phoenix Art Deco Society is a not-for-profit organization that is exempt from Federal Income Tax as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code pending IRS approval. Contributions to Phoenix Art Deco Society are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

🎷🧺 Step into a delightful afternoon of live traditional jazz, vintage lawn games, and picnicking on the grass at Encanto Park. Bring your picnic basket, blankets, and chairs, and show off your vintage-inspired style!

Ever look through older books, newspapers or magazines and see our spooky October holiday spelled Hallowe’en? The spelling dates back centuries, shortening “All Hallows’ Even” the evening before All Saints’ Day. By the Roaring Twenties, both spellings were in use and Hallowe’en was still a popular spelling. 🎃

What a swell soiree! A roaring thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first sold-out event the Jazz Age Halloween soiree and film night! Featuring The delightfully twisted Mad Love. Congratulations to our costume contest winners: Holly for Best True Vintage and Sophia for Best Halloween Costume with Get Ghosted PHX generously gifting Sophia tickets to a future event! It was one Spooktacular night of flappers, fiends and fabulous fun!

Get Ghosted Phoenix offers immersive haunted-history, true-crime, and ghost-hunting experiences throughout downtown Phoenix and Tempe. In addition to our interactive walking tours, we host live presentations exploring Arizona’s darker history, infamous crimes, paranormal activity, UFOs, cryptids, and other unexplained mysteries.

Join us October 3 at the historic Hotel San Carlos for a night of vintage glamour, spooky fun, a costume contest, games, and a screening of Mad Love (1935).

Come dressed in your best 1920s/30s-inspired look, favorite Old Hollywood star, or vintage Halloween costume or idea and you might even take home a prize!
