The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is an annual celebration with three full days of community events, rodeo action and traditional, hometown fun! The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is held during the second full weekend of July with three Northwest Professional Rodeo Association sanctioned rodeos, (NPRA), The Grand Parade, Classic Car Show, Crafts booth

s, Food booths, Drill Team performances, Friday & Saturday Dance with live music, Lions Club breakfasts, Beef & Chicken BBQ, Musical Christian Cowboy Church Service, Heather’s Kids Korner and much more make it a fun-filled weekend.

This last weekend we had the privilege of hosting the annual Northwest Youth Rodeo Association finals here in Philomath.
On Saturday night we got to watch the families let loose and enjoy the family casino night we put together for them complete with bingo, snacks, raffle prizes, and dancing. It’s such an honor to celebrate with the next generation of rodeo professionals, and can’t wait to do it again next year!
Congratulations to all the contestants that competed this weekend, you all did simply amazing.
