Can you spot the difference? 🎨🐈

I loved the combination of that beautiful green background and all those warm orange tones. Orange cats practically come with their own color palette! 😄

One of my favorite parts of painting from a photo is deciding what to keep, what to simplify, and what to emphasize so the painting still feels like the original subject.

So I'm curious…

Which do you prefer—the photo or the painting?
And what's the first thing your eye goes to? 👀

Autumn Reflections 🍁

There’s something about an autumn day on the water—the colors, the reflections, the quiet—and that little red boat waiting along the shore.

I wanted to capture that peaceful feeling in this painting: the glowing fall foliage, the cool water, and that wonderful contrast of warm autumn colors against the blues and greens.

What catches your eye first—the autumn colors, the water, or the little red boat? 👇
